Inner Mongolia North Hauler Joint Stock Limited Company ( abbreviated in English: NHL) has became a Joint holding company with Sino-U.K-U.S.A. after 14 years development. The company located in Baotou city, Inner Mongolia. The complete set of dump truck production line was imported from the American Terex Company and the latest technology introduced from Terex Equipment Limited Company in U.K.
For several years, NHL kept introducing Terex rigid dump trucks technology ranging from 23t~91t and articulated dump trucks ranging from 23t~36t, and the company also developed by its own 20m3~80m3 mining water spraying trucks, 25t~91t big capacity coal body and 6m3~9m3 cement carrier trucks by way of using Terex advanced technology chassises. Furthermore, it can also produce the high performance scrapers and excavators. 3307W water tank manufactured by NHL had been awarded "1995 State New Product " by the government, and LDC 6 cement carrier had also been awarded "1997 State Top New Product" by the government. At the moment, NHL has the ability to produce 20t ~120t rigid dump trucks, articulated dump trucks , the relevant converted trucks and construction machinery with total over a dozen type of different equipment . The product made by NHL has been distributed into seven different industries customers , dozens of mining job sites and exported to the neighbor countries in batches.
NHL management team is a Chinese and Westerner joint management system . There are foreign managers working in the key department . The western advanced management combines with Chinese management. and the company carry out " round outside , square inside " management mode which has made a very flexible and harmonized external environment and a very strict management system internal. NHL 's operation policy is that : " to seek for progress from the technology , to seek for market from the quality.; to seek for management from the managers." Since 1993, NHL has made profit continuously and achieved better economic and social efficiency through carrying out the above operation policy. and great contribution has been made for the state economy and China Mining Auto business development.
NHL keeps introducing Terex latest technology from U.K. to ensure that NHL keep the same pace with Terex . To select the international brand product as the parts of the whole unit to make sure that the product made in NHL is the first class and most advanced product in the world. For example, the famous Cummins engines, Allison transmissions and the pumps ,valves ,seal kits ,bearings and high strength wear resistance steel plates are all fitted to our trucks.
"The product quality is the life of North Hauler Company". The advanced product must have the advanced technology and quality assurance system . NHL 's production is totally done by Terex complete set of drawings , processing , quality and inspection standard. In 1997, NHL had firstly awarded the ISO9001 / 9002 Quality certificate among the same industries, and in 1998, the company was awarded " High--tech Enterprise ".
The secret that NHL can compete with other manufacturer is that because we have an excellent service group which includes technical training, aftersales service and spare parts supply. This is the most concerned by the customers. NHL has a comprehensive sales promotion system , technical service system and training center that can provide the best pre sales and aftersales service for the customers. NHL 's central warehouse of spare parts and the regional spare parts center can offer the best and reliable parts in time for the customers. Just because we have the above advantages , NHL had won several biggest international bid such as Wengfu phosphorus project; Hubei Dayukou and Huangmailing project; Sichuan Ertan hydropower project and Hunan Wuqiangxi hydropower station project etc. NHL company regards the neighbor countries and Southeast Asia regions as the important international sales area where we have sold 17 x3307 mining trucks in Mongolia Coal project by World Bank Loan .and it was the first lot of trucks for exportation. In Pakistan hydropower project, NHL also won the bid for selling 15 x3305B trucks to Pakistan. Especially in Three Gorges Dam second phase project, NHL designing engineers has overcome a lot of difficulties and self developed LDC 6 cement carrier trucks in a short time , and NHL had participated in the bidding in the heated competition and at last, 15 unit cement carriers were signed between NHL and Three Gorges. At this moment , Nearly one hundred trucks are working at the Three Gorges Dam who had purchased most equipment from North Hauler company. In 1997 , the 3307 trucks had been awarded a glory plate of "the first equipment operated 10,000 hours safely" without any fault and also been awarded the one of " customer satisfactory service enterprise" .by the country.
Over Forteen years development , NHL has got over 1000 units of different model trucks operating in both home and abroad which are distributed at 7 different industries , more than 70 different job sites and export in a big lot.
In order to meet the challenge in the new century, NHL company has successfully issued shares to the market . The funds raised will be used for the following four big projects:
Technical innovation for heavy duty mining trucks , scrapers and excavators
comprehensive production system ;
Innovation for LDC cement carrier production line ;
To establish a hydraulic cylinders production line;
To set up China mining trucks technical center.
The future development target for NHL is that to improve the management system and to do the adjustment of the product structure; to develop market further so as to have the company more competitive by the way of the enterprise system reform and the share issue.
